A Class A office building is on schedule to open the summer of 2018 outside of the Davenport Ranch subdivision at 6001 Bold Ruler Way. The approximately 34,000 square foot building will be called Davenport 360 and will also hold a 41,000-sf garage with 107 spaces, plus up to 25 surface parking spots, according to Community Impact Newspaper as reported by the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University.
The office will sit on a 3.4-acre tract of land and will be constructed with stone and glass and will be cut into the hillside in order to maintain a lower roofline along the steep terrain. Office space within the building will have panoramic views of the Highway 360 terrain.
Developer Michael Ayer, a Davenport Ranch resident, told Community Impact he bought the lot after “Austin’s planning and zoning department considered a request in 2000 by another developer to change the tract’s zoning to accommodate a gas station.”
