Mondays are fun days at Laura Bush Community Library in Westlake. Every Monday from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., parents can bring kids to the library and meet up with their friends for “the world’s best play date.” Food trucks are onsite for each event, with Top Taco Truck planned for the remainder of June 2018 and Ramona’s Hummus & Pita planned for July 2, 2018.
“Fun for all, and no cooking or clean-up for you – a great way to start your week!” says the library website, which promotes spontaneous free play as an avenue for fun, exploration, and learning.
