We worked with Brian on purchase of a second home last year and he was fabulous. He listened to what we wanted to try to find and didn’t just force a bunch of ideas on us that were not going to fit. This led to an efficient and productive experience and after a relatively short amount of time we found the perfect place. He was also very helpful in educating us on the market, comps, and helped to make sure we were getting good value. Our closing was a bit complex as we were trying to get an old right-of-way added to our property acreage and Brian put us in touch with a great lawyer who helped to ensure the title work was proper and complete. All in all a great experience.
